Special Operations Senior Chief, USN (Ret.) Ajay James, an emigrant from Trinidad and Tobago, retired in September 2021 with two decades of experience in combat, leading a training command of 200, and coaching high performing military professionals. Through his extensive travels, Ajay has gained a real world education and developed long lasting, meaningful relationships, to which he attributes much of his success.
Guided by his principles and a strong work ethic, Ajay’s life has always been about challenge, adventure, and not conforming to society’s expectations. He is a seasoned martial artist, motorcyclist, stand-up paddleboard surfer, yoga practitioner, world traveler, lover of foreign cultures, and most recently an Honor Foundation alumni. He is interested in new opportunities such as corporate leadership advising, executive-level speaking engagements, defensive tactical training, physical and mental performance coaching, and ventures in film and print.
